About the Garth Seasonal Staff Choir

Our programme features a wide range of songs - not only traditional Christmas tunes - but also music from many cultures that celebrate the variety of holidays that take place throughout the season.

Led by Natural Voice Practitioner Sarah Harman, our choir meets in the autumn, winter and spring to sing together for pleasure, and to take advantage of the health and wellbeing benefits of singing which can include reducing stress, improving breathing and flexibility, and boosting confidence.
